Skulls found in capital
ELEVEN HUMAN skulls were found dumped in Haiti’s capital earlier this week, two days after 17 were discovered in a separate rubbish tip. Local police and UN officials are analysing the skulls but have not yet indicated if they are linked to murder or voodoo. Voodoo has been practised for 300 years in Haiti and is deeply rooted among the eight million population. President Aristide even made voodoo an official religion in 2003.
