Gusto by Heinz Beck, the flagship restaurant of Quinta do Lago’s luxury resort Conrad Algarve, is going to host the next stage of the Nespresso Gourmet Weeks between May 2 and 8.
To prepare a coffee-inspired menu – featuring an appetiser, covert, two main courses, a dessert and wine pairing – Chef Heinz Beck will welcome his peer Ricardo Costa from the Michelin-starred restaurant The Yeatman.
The event promises to be “an unforgettable experience that will show the versatility of coffee in gastronomy”, according to organisers.

The Nespresso Gourmet Weeks starts tomorrow in Porto and will feature several stages in Lisbon and the Algarve until May 26 – including at Almancil’s Henrique Reis restaurant starting May 10.
