The Gulbenkian Choir which recently celebrated its 50th anniversary will perform a Christmas concert at Olhão’s Igreja Matriz on Thursday, December 22 at 9pm.
‘We Wish You a Merry Christmas’, ‘Stille Nacht’ and ‘Il est né, le Divin Enfant’ are some of the highlights of the renowned choir’s festive repertoire, which includes traditional Christmas music from all over the world.
The concert will be the choir’s first performance in the Algarve since 2001.
Admission is free, though food donations are encouraged to help Sociedade São Vicente de Paulo.
