Great company for bad company

news: Great company for bad company

Well-known international healer and medium Douglas Ballard is returning to the Algarve from November 13 to 24. As well as his regular ongoing groups for spiritual development, he has whole days set aside for private sessions for healing or readings. These fill up fast, and no wonder.

From his home in Kent, he travels around Europe and the US, dispensing his unique mix of practicality and spirituality, powerful hands-on healing and accurate, no-nonsense readings.

In Vienna, Austria, last month, he led a number of seminars and worked with leaders in the field of energy healing. Earlier this year, he was in America – a country he loves. Pop star, Simon Kirke, drummer with both Free and Bad Company in the ‘70s and ‘80s and still a leading figure in the music world, played host to Douglas at his home off Fifth Avenue in New York.

London-born Simon, his wife Lorraine, an interior designer, and their children all had healing sessions with Douglas. Simon was so impressed that he wrote a glowing testimonial to Douglas, with permission to use it in public: “You made quite an impression on my family – a wonderful one at that. We hope to see you again soon… After he had completed his ‘hands on’ session with me, I felt a wonderful sense of calm and wellbeing. I felt as if internally I had been re-aligned… Whatever powers he has at his disposal, Douglas dispenses them freely and selflessly and we look forward to seeing him again in the near future.”

Douglas does indeed plan to return to America in the next few months to renew his acquaintance with Simon and their many friends who had sessions with him at Simon’s house. But, for now, it is Algarve residents who can benefit from his extraordinary gifts of healing and mediumship.

One of the first visits will be to see Luke, who is almost three but has never left Portimão Hospital. After just one session when Douglas was here last, his mother wrote: “Luke is doing great at the moment. We have seen a difference in him since the day Douglas came to see him. He seems to have more energy as if a little light has been switched on inside… He now holds reading books, which is a new and exciting thing for us! We would love for Douglas to come and see him again.”

Private sessions are being held near Almancil and in Lagos. For further information contact his local organiser, Judy Sharp, on 966 108 605.
