LAST WEEK, three youths, aged between 17 and 19, all from Portimão, were arrested by Lagos police for spray painting various historical and cultural monuments, shops and private homes in Lagos, causing substantial damage.
Witnesses alerted the police to the incident, who immediately sent out a patrol car to find the vandals. On locating the trio in the centre of town, police found more than 20 cans of spray paint in their possession.
