THE RICHEST Portuguese tycoon in the world, Sonae entrepreneur Belmiro de Azevedo, has challenged the government to lower the country’s crippling taxes.
The impresario said that the government needed to take greater risks and that it lacked courage to tackle the country’s problems, he told a conference in Porto last week on ‘Sustainability & Globalisation’.
