For the third consecutive year golfers have been raising money for UNICEF to help vulnerable children around the world with the 3 Events, 1 Cause golf tournament organised by Starwood Hotels & Resorts in Portugal.
This year €7,700 was raised, with a cheque for this amount being presented to Drª Madalena Marçal Grilo of UNICEF on the final day of play on September 16.
Golfers took to the courses of Penina and Pine Cliffs in the Algarve and at the Quinta da Peru course near Lisbon during August and September for the charity tournament.
