A television con channel dedicated entirely to the sport of golf has been launched by Portuguese station SPORT.TV.
The channel was launched on January 22 by the President of SPORT.TV, Joaquim Oliveira and the Secretary of State for Sport and Youth, Laurentino Dias.
Commentary of golf matches will be given in English and Portuguese with broadcasts being shown on SPORT.TV GOLFE between 8am and 2am daily.
The channel will be showing the PGA Tour, European Tour, World Golf Championship and many other competitions.
