GNR police stations up and down the country have now joined the court system in terms of ‘paper shortages’. Say reports today, the order has gone out to all of them to ‘save paper’ by reducing photocopying “to an absolute minimum”. The shortage is down to ‘delays in furnishing of contracted supplies’ as well as “delays in the delivery of money to territorial commands for the purpose of buying paper”.
