THREE DRIVERS were arrested and 12 foreign citizens notified to leave the country during an inspection in Loulé Câmara in the early hours of Saturday morning.
A total of 66 GNR, supported by personnel from the immigration authority (SEF) and the economic and food standards agency (ASAE), visited bars and brothels as well as stopping traffic, during an operation aimed at combating drugs and weapons trafficking in the Algarve.
Two men were arrested for driving without licenses while another was detained for being over the legal alcohol limit.
