The Portuguese Blood Institute (IPS) has been at the Fatacil fair in Lagoa all week, encouraging people to give blood. The last day of Fatacil is on Sunday, August 27, but tomorrow (August 26) is the last opportunity for you to donate your precious blood. The IPS post at the fair is ideal for people who have little time to spare to go to the hospital, as it is quick, easy and highly organised. Consider how many people’s lives you can save by giving blood, and visit the IPS at Fatacil from 6pm until 9pm.
