Consumers who had purchased A Vida É Bela gift vouchers were advised by consumer watchdog Deco to lodge a complaint with the financially-troubled company by January 9.
The reason is because A Vida É Bela has initiated a Special Revitalisation Plan to save the company from bankruptcy and compensation may still be possible.
The problem became evident last year when the gift vouchers were being refused by hotels, spas and restaurants due to lack of payment by the company.
