Altura, a coastal village in Castro Marim, is hosting an Easter fair (Feirinha da Páscoa de Altura) this Friday and Saturday (April 19 and 20) and the highlight will be a giant ‘Folar’ Easter cake.
The cake will be made during the fair on Saturday and each visitor will be given a slice to try from 5pm.
There will also be stalls selling a variety of local products, handicraft and sweets as well as a series of workshops and musical entertainment.
The fair will be held near the Avenida 24 de Junho roundabout and starts at 10am on both days. Entrance is free.
