It is time to put on your running shoes for the “Pine Cliffs Goes Active – Ultimate Challenge”, taking place on March 29. As well as encouraging physical activity and a healthy lifestyle with non-stop sporting events throughout the day, the event is also aiming to raise funds for the Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Albufeira charity.
The initiative will be held at the Tabu Garden Lounge at the Sheraton Algarve & Pine Cliffs Resort, with a variety of physical activities including everything from Zumba dancing classes to cycling challenges.
Children will have their own playground to enjoy the fun.
Tickets, costing €5 per person, can be purchased at the Sermais (289590035) and Fit Corpus gyms (965023438), which are co-organisers, and give participants the chance to win a stay at the Sheraton Algarve Hotel. The event kicks off at 10am.
