MONCHIQUE CÂMARA is opening a gymnasium at the municipal swimming pool complex today (Friday) in an initiative aimed at allowing residents to have access to such a facility at lower prices.
Furnished with new and modern cardio-fitness equipment, the new gym is open from Monday to Friday, between 2pm and 9pm. On Saturdays, the facility opens at 9am and closes at 12:30pm. It is closed on Sunday. Prices range from 15 euros to 28 euros, depending on the number of days members wish to train. Monchique Câmara’s sports department, located in Travessa da Portela, is issuing memberships.
