Training Spot is a new personal training studio located in Portimão.
At the studio, personal trainers Nelson Cabrita and Paulo Cabrita focus on getting their clients on top form and achieving overall wellbeing.
Training Spot can also provide the ‘Training Home ‘service, which means clients can do their workouts in the comfort of their own home, at work or outdoors.
The studio is open Monday to Saturday and opening hours are flexible, according to the client’s available.
