The V Vilamoura Circuit takes place this Saturday (May 16) and promises to be a fun day out for all the family.
Hosted by Browns Sports & Leisure Club, McDonald’s Vilamoura and Inframoura, the day includes a 5.6km circuit, activities for children and outdoor classes.
The circuit starts at 9am from McDonalds and participants can choose to walk, jog or run. The route runs along the Av. Tivoli, through the Vilamoura XXI avenue and onto Caminho dos Golfes, finishing at Browns.
A train ride, courtesy of Family Golf Park, to the start point will leave at 8.45am from the car park at Browns. The shuttle is free for participants and will be going to and from the two locations that morning (08.45am; 11.45am; 1.15pm).
A children’s area at Browns will also be open at 8.30am to allow for participating parents to leave their children with monitors, who will have activities planned for the duration of the circuit.
After the circuit, Browns Health Club will be hosting an Open Day where participants will be able to use the facilities and take part in a variety of fitness classes including Zumba and Functional Training.
In the spirit of the event, both Browns and McDonald’s will be serving a healthy lunch which can be reserved at the time of registration. Cost per person is €1.50 and the first 100 participants to enrol will get a free t-shirt.
