Loulé Câmara and several restaurants from the area have organised the fourth gastronomic fair, Primavera de Sabores, from Sunday until to April 18.
The initiative aims to promote gastronomy as an important product for tourism.
Participating restaurants Bica Velha, A Moagem, Paralelo 38, Museu do Lagar, Naturalmente, Monte da Eira, 3 Wonders, Calypso, O Avenida, L`Auberge and Atelier do Bacalhau will feature exclusive menus during the fair, all based on regional food.
