The annual benefit match headed up by Ronaldo and Zidane will take place in Düsseldorf, Germany, on December 22. Sporting’s João Moutinho and Ricardo have been invited to the spectacle for the first time, and will appear for one of the two teams managed by Rudi Voller. This will be the first time that Germany’s World Cup mascot, GOLEO VI, makes an official appearance, closely watched by habitual referee, Pierluigi Collina. All proceeds will go to charitable foundations under the auspices of the United Nations.
