In response to many requests from AFPOP members, the annual AFPOP Gala Week has been reinstated this year. Preparations are well underway and the dates for the various events are as follows:
Sunday, October 3: Tennis at
Carvoeiro Clube de Ténis
Tuesday, October 5: Bowls at Santo
António Bowls Club, Alvor
Wednesday, October 6: Bridge at the
Hotel Garbe, Armação de Pêra
Thursday, October 7: Golf at Boa
Vista Course, Lagos and a Walk

Saturday, October 9: Gala Dinner
Dance at the Le Meridien Penina
Tickets for the Dinner Dance, the association’s premier social event of the year, will cost 45 euros for members and 50 euros for non-members. Prices for the other events are being finalised and will be announced shortly. Application forms will be available from the AFPOP office.
All of the events are open to both members and non-members, but the normal discount for AFPOP members will apply. Anyone who would like to take part in the events, please contact the AFPOP office and leave your details. An application form will be sent as soon as they are ready.
