Members of the Angels Theatre Group raised €5,000 from their performance of Variety on Stage held on June 4 and now exactly what the money will be spent on has been decided by the group.
The money raised will be used to purchase 10 compressed air cylinders and six specialist uniforms for the Bombeiros of São Brás de Alportel.
Delivery is expected within three weeks when a formal presentation to the Bombeiros will then be made.
