A fundraising benefit event will be taking place on October 7 at Quinta do Lago Shopping and the Melting Pot in aid of the SOS Algarve Animals charity, with a star raffle prize of VIP Wembley tickets.
SOS Algarve Animals is an association that helps to re-home abandoned cats and dogs in the Algarve while continuing with an ongoing sterilisation programme, with money raised from the event being used to continue this work.
The fundraiser costs €15 per person and includes dinner and one free drink while there will also be games for children, a pot luck raffle, music and the chance to win four Gold Debenture Wembley Tickets to an England game of the winner’s choice.
The event will take place between 6pm and 9pm, with the raffle being drawn at 8.30pm on the evening. Ticket holders do not need to be present to be able to win the prize.
Meanwhile, SOS Algarve Animals told the Algarve Resident that it had re-homed five dogs at Scruffts last Sunday.
