More than 2,000 Euros was raised during the 10th annual ACCA fun run held on October 24 in aid of the Algarve children’s charity.
The ladies winner of the 10 kilometre run was Jane Reason while Evan Guerreiro won the men’s 10 kilometre run and Evan Morgan was the first boy across the line.
In the five kilometre run, it was Sally Hughes who came in first in the ladies category, Mike Hassid was the first man, Nianina Davies the first girl and Russell Henderson the first boy.
Organiser Wanda Crawford said: “It was a wonderful day with gorgeous weather starting from the Casa do Lago restaurant with the beautiful backdrop of the lake in the background.”
