Friday nights in Portimão will be filled with sound and colour this summer, with live music and entertainment for visitors to the city’s commercial area.
A programme of events to attract shoppers to the city centre this season is being promoted by the Algarve retailers association ACRAL and Portimão’s commercial association ACP, who have also called on businesses to extend their opening hours on Fridays until 11pm.
Tonight (Friday) Portuguese music groups Duo Tá Demais and Os Barlaventinos will be performing along the main shopping street Rua do Comércio from 9.30pm.
