The price of fuel at the pumps is to dip from tomorrow for the second week running. Diesel will go down to €1.348 per litre, while petrol will reduce to €1.554. Say reports, this is hardly reason for celebration as in absolute terms the prices of both diesel and petrol have increased by 8 and 14 cents respectively since the start of the year – and according to a recent report from Brussels, once taxes are added, the price of petrol in Portugal is the 5th highest in Europe.
