La Provence French restaurant in Praia da Rocha offers a wonderfully sophisticated French kitchen. The dishes are full of Mediterranean flavours and are made with fresh market products. In the kitchen is Walter B, a master chief from France. Walter trained in the Alsace and has worked in the Carlotti Palace, Cannes, as well as in top restaurants in Lausanne and Geneva. This is not the first restaurant in Portugal where chef Walter has impressed with his cooking. He charmed guests and gained Michelin recognition when he ran the O Barco restaurant in Óbidos, northern Portugal.
