From today (Monday June 21) pharmacies in Lisbon are offering free testing for Covid-19 to anyone walking through the door, irrespective of their home addresses. The plan is to offer two such free tests per month to all people requesting them in the capital. Meantime, the city council’s civil protection arm is out in force in commercial areas “making shops and restaurants aware, door-to-door, of the need to test their staff”.
