Free internet access will be available to residents in Lagoa at the Centro de Estudos (CEFLA).
The facility, which is due to open on Monday, January 26, will have 14 computers and printing equipment at the premises on Rua Dr Fonseca de Almeida, near the Câmara building.
The centre will be open from Monday to Friday, 10am until 8pm and on Saturday from 2pm until 7pm.
