FOR THE second year in Portugal, ice cream brand Ben & Jerry’s is set to organise a “free cone day”. Free ice creams will be given out at Continente in Portimão and at Jumbo in Faro on Tuesday April 17.
Free Cone Day has featured in the brand’s calendar for 28 years and it is now celebrated in 20 countries worldwide between the end of April and start of May. The two childhood friends who founded the business promised to continue holding the special day in every country where Ben & Jerry’s ice cream is marketed.
