Free-flow mimosa Sunday Brunch at The Wolf

Free-flow mimosa Sunday Brunch at The Wolf

The Wolf Bar & Grill in Carvoeiro opened earlier this year in the building that was formally The Black Stove Irish Bar. From the moment the structure was erected most people thought it was going to be a steak house.
It has taken a mixture of local knowledge and a well-travelled business partner to create this stylish and very comfortable restaurant and grill.
They have introduced us to the Josper, which is high up there on many top chefs’ shopping lists. Burning top quality charcoal, the Josper is, in layman’s terms, the hottest indoor barbecue available.
The steaks are succulent and packed with flavour thanks to the care that is taken in selecting the finest cuts from trusted suppliers and of course the mighty Josper.
The new Sunday Brunch, including live music, was launched last week and is a very welcome addition to the local social calendar.
To start your brunch you can choose from the first course selection of fresh fruits, pastries, breads, cured meats, cheeses, yoghurts, jams and honey. Freshly squeezed juices, tea and coffee are also on the buffet table and you can help yourself to these.
But the stars of the show are … free flow mimosas and the second course options of a Josper egg with bacon bits grilled in a mini cast iron pan with Lincolnshire or Cumberland sausage on the side, Black Angus breakfast sandwich, waffles, pancakes, French toast, Rosti …
Available from 11am until 3pm – €15 for adults, €7.50 for children.
