THE TIME for You franchise is moving into Europe in 2006, as one of its most successful franchises prepares to expand.
Karen and Peter Williams have run the Shropshire branch of the Time for You cleaning franchise since 2003, but are now taking the operation into Portugal and Spain to build on their success and introduce the brand to Europe.
Karen believes that there are great opportunities for the franchise abroad, not only for building the client base, but also for ex-pats who aren’t quite ready to retire yet.

Karen and Peter are also positive about the opportunities for new franchisees in each of the regions.
Peter continues: “Our frequent trips to Spain and Portugal, and the research we’ve done, have made a strong case for the establishment of an organised and managed cleaning service in Europe. There are a significant number of ex-pats living in Spain and Portugal, and people living in these areas need a reliable cleaning service, with dedicated cleaners they can trust, hired through an established, well known and respected company. All our UK cleaners are security checked and interviewed in person, to ensure that they are suitable, and we will be continuing that practice in our new businesses.”
