Faro’s Forum Algarve shopping centre announced this week the special month-long ‘Christmas edition’ of its Orange Weekends initiative.
For every €50 spent at Forum Algarve until Christmas Eve (December 24), shoppers will receive a €5 discount voucher to use during their next visit to the shopping centre as well as a voucher to be used on special deals at partner hotels.
The ‘hotel vouchers’ can be used at Eva Senses, Hotel Faro, Pine Cliffs Resort and Tivoli Marina Vilamoura to obtain upgrades, discounts and even a free night when booking two or more.
Hopes are that the initiative will improve the shopping experience at the end of what has been a “particularly difficult year”, said Forum Algarve manager Sérgio Santos.
“We want to give shoppers the opportunity to enjoy benefits when they return and allow them to discover some of the best hotel offers in the Algarve,” he said, adding that the initiative also aims to help the hotel sector get back on its feet and improve Forum’s bonds with its partners.
