Renovation and maintenance works are being carried out at the building which formerly housed an Izibuild store in Lagoa, near Bankinter along the EN25 road, a council spokesperson told the Resident.
The building has been rundown for some time and the owners wanted to repair it for “aesthetic reasons”, although the council spokesperson guaranteed that, for now, there are no plans for a new business to ‘set up shop’ there.
