The PJ has recently identified and detained four foreign men aged between 33 and 45 years old, suspected of documentation forgery.
The detentions occurred in the Chelas area of Lisbon and were the result of investigations initiated in January of this year. False documents such as ID cards, Passports and Driving Licences were seized, as well as many technical instruments used for forgery.
One of the arrested men has been held in preventive prison, whereas the others are required to make regular appearances at the police station. They await closer interrogation and will be punished accordingly.
