PJ police have arrested a 33-year-old foreigner in Almancil wanted by Interpol since 2011 for his alleged involvement in a trafficking network that smuggled drugs from Portugal to Moldova to be sold on to Russia.
In a statement released on Thursday (September 29), police said a hearing with a view to the man’s extradition will take place in Évora.
