Portugal’s minister of foreign affairs arrives in Angola tomorrow, for the first stage of a week in Africa, which includes Rwanda and Ethiopia, and will also serve to prepare the prime minister’s visit to Luanda in June. Wednesday will see him move on to Rwandawhere the agenda will also be dominated by the promotion of economic and trade relations. Accompanied by a business delegation, the minister will meet with “public and private stakeholders of the Rwandan economic fabric” and see the projects of Portuguese companies in the country.
