Quintas & Casas (Q&C), the bespoke property services company that launched earlier this month, is driven by one common purpose – to offer a personal and curated service that makes all the difference when buying or selling a home.
Q&C founders, Dan Cartwright, Chris Garveigh and Simon Berger, form a formidable team, who share a passion for Portugal and a vision to create an agency that listens to their clients’ needs and dares to ‘think outside of the box’ when it comes to buying and selling property.
Dan and Chris bring a combined 50+ years of real estate experience in the UK and Portugal, and Simon brings years of experience in creating and marketing international events, which makes his list of contacts an extremely valuable commodity.
“For us, real estate is about people. It’s about people making life-changing decisions about their lifestyle. Without the ability to network and listen to what makes people ‘tick’, a service business such as ours would struggle to stand out from the crowd,” says Simon. “And that is not our intention.”
Based in the pretty market town of Loulé, rapidly becoming the cultural centre of the Algarve, Quintas & Casas’ experienced English and Portuguese team offer full information and advice on every aspect of buying and selling in Portugal.
“We are delighted to form part of a select group of sister-agents across Portugal who are, in turn, part of Chestertons Portugal,” reports Sílvia Nogueira, Q&C Office Manager.
When it comes to selling your home, Q&C pride themselves on understanding the elements that make their clients’ homes desirable and maximise their value by accentuating these in the listing.
That is why Q&C only work with photographers who have the ability to produce beautiful and inspiring images. It is also why they offer a unique service to sellers who need a little guidance on capturing the attention of potential buyers. Their in-house stylist, Glenda Hook, will visit the property and offer helpful tips and recommendations to ensure the best presentation of the property for sale.
“Many sellers are rightfully very proud of the presentation of their home, but a little tinkering here and there is sometimes all that is needed to get that sale,” says Glenda.
As an added service to our customers, Q&C have also partnered with Grupo Portinsurance, who independently analyse all protection needs and search the market for the most competitive solutions that ensure best protection for our customers.
