The monthly FootGolf Challenge at the Colina Verde Golf Course, Maragota, near Moncarapacho, kicks-off on Wednesday, January 27 with two innovative awards up for grabs.
The new categories will reward the top player over 60 years of age whilst the Lotto Award will be strictly for the women. At the end of the competition, six numbered balls will be drawn out of a hat and the woman with the lowest score for those holes will win. No player can win more than one award so there will be plenty of prizes to play for.
So if you can kick a football, enjoy the fresh air, are prepared for a chuckle or two, then FootGolf could be the sport for you.
Cost of afternoon, including afternoon tea, is €10.
