Footballer Zé Turbo, who plays for first division club Tondela, crashed his €50,000 Mercedes car on Monday morning (August 22) while driving on the IP3 road near Santa Comba Dão, Viseu. The 19-year-old apparently “lost control” of his vehicle and skidded for several metres before crashing against the side of the road. Turbo sustained a few scratches but refused to go to hospital. GNR police are investigating.
