FIMA 2017, the Algarve International Music Festival, is presenting “Food Symphony”, a partnership between the Orquestra Clássica do Sul and the Conrad Algarve hotel on Friday, March 31, from 8pm.
During the event, the audience will be invited on a journey across Europe, enjoying a combination of gastronomic delights by Chef Osvalde Silva and classical music conducted by Maestro Rui Pinheiro.
Portugal, Italy, Germany, France and Austria are the countries that will inspire the sounds and flavours of the evening. Price per person is €95.
