A FOOD fair being held in Faro, in conjunction with the local Câmara and the association of hotels and similar industries (AIHSA) to promote regional cooking and catering establishments in the area, will continue until Sunday.
This is the sixth annual gastronomic fair to be held in the city and will follow the theme of flavours of the Ria Formosa including speciality dishes of fish and other seafood.
