A gastronomy event is currently taking place in São Brás de Alportel until Easter Sunday, when the town will also be hosting the popular annual Flower Torch Festival from 9.30am.
The fourth Sabores do Caldeirão Gastronomy Fortnight aims to celebrate Mediterranean cuisine, one of the healthiest diets in the world.
Local restaurants participating in the event will be serving dishes cooked with locally sourced products and accompanied by Algarve wines.
