A 19-month-old baby girl has lost a finger today following a monkey attack at Zoo de Santo Inàcio, Avintes, Vila Nova de Gaia. The monkey, in its cage, apparently bit the child’s finger off through the bars. The little girl has been taken to Porto’s Hospital de São João.
