An Algarve Women’s Business Networking meeting entitled ‘Fit for Business’ will be held on Wednesday September 19 in Galé, Albufeira.
The meeting is aimed at working women who want to feel physically fit for their job’s demands, to be able to achieve their business goals and cope with the tension and stress that come with any profession.
At the event, women will be able to network with other professionals, whilst also learning 10 easy ways to become energised at work and at home, enabling energy levels to remain high when working situations get busy.
All are invited to come along to the meeting which will take place at the Docaria Almeixar, Estrada de Vale Rabelho in Galé.
The networking event will commence at 5.30pm with attendees being greeted with a healthy drink and snack. Participants are then encouraged to exchange business cards and chat with other women in business and will enjoy a presentation entitled, ‘Mindfulness meditation’. The evening will close at 7.45pm following a further networking opportunity.
All who attend are asked to bring business cards and wear a name tag.
