Warwick University Business School (UK), Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics (Portugal) and Les Roches Group (Switzerland) were just some of the universities taking part in a student higher education and careers fair at Nobel International School Algarve on November 5.

“Nobel Algarve students have a wide range of valuable skills and qualities to offer universities,” says David Green, Head of Sixth Form at the international school in Lagoa. “We aim to expose students to a wide range of career choices and undergraduate courses in Europe, the UK and in the international market and to educate them as consumers, not just applicants. It is a crucial decision to make at a young age and so the value of holding an education fair cannot be underestimated.”

The fair, which was organised by Nobel Algarve in partnership with MGH Educonsult, had representatives from all around the globe.

Mike Farrer, Head of School at Nobel School International Algarve, opened the event by welcoming students and parents followed by the speech of Matthew Hornshaw, Managing Director of MGH Educonsult, who runs careers and education fairs throughout Europe.

Education Assistant Director of Globeducate, Oanh Crouch, who visited Nobel Algarve for the event, said the famous quote. “There is nothing constant except change”, one of the main educational mottos of the group.

The school, which has students from 40 different nationalities, plans to hold a second education fair in Spring 2020.
