Direct flights between Hangzhou, on China’s east coast, and Lisbon will be taking off on July 26, Beijing Capital Airlines has announced. The new route will run three times a week – Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays – and is designed to attract even more Chinese tourists to Portugal. Lusa reports that there is even the chance of a fourth weekly flight, but this has not yet received approval by the Chinese authorities.
