Portimão’s volunteer fire-fighters will be holding a race entitled ‘Corrida da Primavera’ on May 11. The race, designed to raise money for what fire-fighters call their “daily struggles” will start at the fire station at 9am and will be divided into two different routes of 6km and 10.5km.
Anyone interested can sign up for the event at Portimão parish council, the fire-fighters’ HQ or Clínica Oliveira Silva Parafarmácia for the price of €5.
