A masterclass designed to improve your skills in fine Italian cuisine, such as pasta and risotto, will take place on September 24 at the Leiken Kitchen Showroom in Almancil. The initiative will be led by professional chefs from the Algarve private caterers Fine Dining in Style.
Three other classes are scheduled and will revolve around different themes, such as cooking fish or making delicious desserts.
The classes begin at 10am with introductions over coffee and pastries followed by four hours of demonstrations, practice and tips from the experts. At 2pm, participants will enjoy a lunch based on the morning’s theme, accompanied by the selected wine. The demonstration ends at 4pm, with the handing-over of a recipe file and a notebook to each ‘apprentice’ cook.
The chefs in charge of the masterclasses have extraordinary skills and have trained and worked in some of the best restaurants in Europe, some of which having Michelin stars.
The cost of each masterclass is €125 per person.
