Portuguese football hero Luís Figo receiving the Award for Sporting Merit at the 4th Annual Sports Gala, hosted by the Confederação do Desporto de Portugal at Estoril Casino this week. The honour was bestowed on Figo for his work with young people. Portuguese soccer legend, Carlos Queiroz, the deputy coach at Manchester United was also honoured for his contribution to sport.
