Featuring electric vehicles, renewable energy and even worms working on food waste, the Festival of Light at Quinta da Calma, near Almancil, will have a distinctly green theme between September 14 and 16 from 10am. A free opening ceremony will take place on the Friday (September 14), where visitors can learn about eco-friendly living whilst enjoying food, talks, taster sessions and a range of activities, such as dance, yoga, tai chi and meditation.
